Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Baseline Sports (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Baseline Sports is — and is not

Baseline Sports is an informational and entertainmentproduct that displays an analytical model’s NFL betting picks along with a public, graded track record of those picks. Baseline Sports is not a sportsbook. We do not accept or place wagers, we hold no funds, and we do not facilitate any gambling transaction. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or betting advice.

Baseline Sports is not affiliated with the NFL, any NFL team, or any sportsbook. All team names and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2. Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where viewing this kind of information is lawful. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. No guarantee of results

Any accuracy figure (for example, “~70% historical model accuracy”) describes past, graded performance of the model and is not a prediction or guarantee of future results. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Win rate, record, and ROI are shown in units, never dollars, and are derived only from picks we have published and graded. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute picks or data without our permission;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access; or
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its picks, track record, design, and software, is owned by Baseline Sports and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseline Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any losses connected to gambling activity you choose to undertake elsewhere.

9. Responsible gambling

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
